This reverts commit 50eb9a7e7b.
Based on high demand, we have decided to keep shipping ceph
in epel 7.

Boris Ranto 50eb9a7e7b Deprecate the package 
The client part of the package will be provided in rhel 7.1.
Keep a virtual ceph package to allow clean update for 7.0 as
well as 7.1 users.
