- buildrequire python-devel for Python.h

skipping Boost.Python library build due to missing or incorrect
    configuration couldn't find Python.h in "/usr/include/python2.4"
rpmdiff boost-1.33.1-5.x86_64.rpm removed PROVIDES
    libboost_python.so.2()(64bit) removed
    /usr/lib64/libboost_python.so.1.33.1 removed
    /usr/lib64/libboost_python.so.2
