Jan Kratochvil acc6dd6918 - Package review, analysed by Jon Ciesla and Patrice Dumas (BZ 225615). 
- build back in the sourcedir without problems as gasp is no longer
    included.
- Fix the install-info requirement.
- Drop the needless gzipping of the info files.
- Provide Obsoletes versions.
- Use the %configure macro.
