Revert "Include dhcp-client in BaseOS variant."

This reverts commit cfb36f1b81.

NetworkManager uses it's own built in dhcp client now as does systemd,
basically dhcp-client is irrelevant for most use cases now
so it shouldn't be there by default.

Instead, we are removing the "dhcp-client" from the kickstart file
so it is not needed to build the images.
