Jan Beulich c49aa5bd13 x86: Remove dead config option X86_CPU
This isn't being referenced anywhere, and the selects done from
it can be easily done together with all the other X86 ones.

 v2: Also adjust UML's Kconfig.x86.

Three-level pagetables will let UML have more than 4G of physical
memory. All the memory that can't be mapped directly will be treated
as high memory.
However, this it experimental on 32-bit architectures, so if unsure say
