Helge Deller a41d3862df [PARISC] Remove obsolete CONFIG_DEBUG_IOREMAP
Remove CONFIG_DEBUG_IOREMAP, it's now obsolete and won't work anyway.
Remove it from lib/KConfig since it was only available on parisc.
