Hugh Dickins 561bbe3235 [PATCH] freepgt: remove FIRST_USER_ADDRESS hack
Once all the MMU architectures define FIRST_USER_ADDRESS, remove hack from
mmap.c which derived it from FIRST_USER_PGD_NR.
