[ARM] 4552/1: i.MX/MX1 GPIO output setup fix ...
The pins for GPIO should be provided as plain number
build as (GPIO_PORTx + pin_number). But to setup
the output GPIO_GIUS and GPIO_DR have to be specified
in mode to route right value to the pin.
This is a fix, it should go to 2.6.23
