The Freescale 5208 ColdFire uses the common PIT timer code for its internal timer. Build it when configured for the 5208 processor. Add support for the internal register map of the 5208 ColdFire fmaily. Patch originally from Matt Waddel (from code originally written by Mike Lavender).
