Andi Kleen 6fa679fdea [PATCH] x86_64: Increase NUMA hash function nodemap ...

Needed for some big Opteron systems to compute a numa hash function
They have more than 12 bits significant address.

TBD switch this over to dynamic allocation or use better hash
