Ricardo Ribalda Delgado 5021bb933a Documentation: rs485: Do not define manually the ioctl 
It is not a very good practice to define the IOCTL manually instead of
using the header file.

Fix it on the documentation example.

operate.  This operation should be performed during system startup,

The firmware, loader program and the latest device driver code are
available from Cyclades at
