Since all the callers of the PHYS_TO_XKPHYS macro call with a constant,
put the cast to LL inside the macro where it really should be rather
than in all the callers. This makes macros like PHYS_TO_XKSEG_UNCACHED
work without gcc whining.

No point in adding yet another #ifdef for Loongson since all this mask is
being used for is converting an XKPHYS address into a physical address
anyway. So replace all definitions by one with the highest architectural
possible value.

Manually resolve conflict in include/linux/mtd/physmap.h
Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
