e265164708 serial: sh-sci: Handle port memory region reservations.
At the moment the request/release_port ops are no-ops with the port
remapping case tied in to the config_port op. This moves the remap logic
in to the request_port, balances it with unmapping in the port release,
and finally takes care of the mem region reservations.

All existing users are of the port autoconf variety, so we follow the
example of other drivers that wrap in to the port request by way of the
config op in the UART_CONFIG_TYPE case.

This is the first step towards fixing up conflicts with multiple users
of the same ports, as currently happens between sh-sci and spi_sh_sci.

e8183a6c62 serial: sh-sci: Fix up ioremap handling.
We were using an IS_ERR() check for the ioremap case, presumably because
this matched the old custom ioremap call that sh64 was providing. Now
that all ioremap() implementations trap the IS_ERR case and hand back a
NULL, check for that instead.

d535a2305f serial: sh-sci: Require a device per port mapping.
In the olden days it was possible to register a map of ports per device,
but this has long since been abandoned due to the desire to match up with
clkdev and other functionality. As a result, all of the in-tree users
have for some time already been migrated off of such behaviour, while
we've left support code in place to deal with either case. Dropping the
code permits for quite a bit of simplification, so we do that now before
any users of the old interface are able to be added back in.

There's nothing worth hiding under the ifdef in the platform DMA
definitions, and we certainly don't want board code adding this in to
their platform data definitions, so we always expose the slave rx/tx

ce6738b60d serial: sh-sci: Consolidate port definition structures.
Presently the port defs are lamely copied around between competing data
structures (one platform facing, the other driver internal). As we pretty
much require all of the data from the platform facing structure within
the driver too, simply nest the pointer directly and kill off the
duplication.

e735038f38 serial: sh-sci: Kill off unused membase kludge.
All users of the platform port data specify a mapbase where the driver
later derives the membase from. Now that UPF flags are taken in to
account for generic ioremapping we can kill off the port-specific membase
clobbering and simply use the generic paths.

This derives from a time when sh64 was not capable of using the generic
ioremap implementation and had employed early bolted DTLB mappings for
port access, which is no longer an issue.

3f255eb37e sh,sh-sci: Use NO_POLL_CHAR in the SCIF polled console code
The sci_poll_get_char() needs to return immediately if there is no
input from the chip to process, and must return a value of
NO_POLL_CHAR.

This allows kgdboc to process multiple polled devices while kgdb is
active.

5a0e3ad6af include cleanup: Update gfp.h and slab.h includes to prepare for breaking implicit slab.h inclusion from percpu.h
percpu.h is included by sched.h and module.h and thus ends up being
included when building most .c files.  percpu.h includes slab.h which
in turn includes gfp.h making everything defined by the two files
universally available and complicating inclusion dependencies.

percpu.h -> slab.h dependency is about to be removed.  Prepare for
this change by updating users of gfp and slab facilities include those
headers directly instead of assuming availability.  As this conversion
needs to touch large number of source files, the following script is
used as the basis of conversion.

The script does the followings.

* Scan files for gfp and slab usages and update includes such that
  only the necessary includes are there.  ie. if only gfp is used,
  gfp.h, if slab is used, slab.h.

* When the script inserts a new include, it looks at the include
  blocks and try to put the new include such that its order conforms
  to its surrounding.  It's put in the include block which contains
  core kernel includes, in the same order that the rest are ordered -
  alphabetical, Christmas tree, rev-Xmas-tree or at the end if there
  doesn't seem to be any matching order.

* If the script can't find a place to put a new include (mostly
  because the file doesn't have fitting include block), it prints out
  an error message indicating which .h file needs to be added to the
  file.

The conversion was done in the following steps.

1. The initial automatic conversion of all .c files updated slightly
   over 4000 files, deleting around 700 includes and adding ~480 gfp.h
   and ~3000 slab.h inclusions.  The script emitted errors for ~400
   files.

2. Each error was manually checked.  Some didn't need the inclusion,
   some needed manual addition while adding it to implementation .h or
   embedding .c file was more appropriate for others.  This step added
   inclusions to around 150 files.

3. The script was run again and the output was compared to the edits
   from #2 to make sure no file was left behind.

4. Several build tests were done and a couple of problems were fixed.
   e.g. lib/decompress_*.c used malloc/free() wrappers around slab
   APIs requiring slab.h to be added manually.

5. The script was run on all .h files but without automatically
   editing them as sprinkling gfp.h and slab.h inclusions around .h
   files could easily lead to inclusion dependency hell.  Most gfp.h
   inclusion directives were ignored as stuff from gfp.h was usually
   wildly available and often used in preprocessor macros.  Each
   slab.h inclusion directive was examined and added manually as
   necessary.

6. percpu.h was updated not to include slab.h.

7. Build test were done on the following configurations and failures
   were fixed.  CONFIG_GCOV_KERNEL was turned off for all tests (as my
   distributed build env didn't work with gcov compiles) and a few
   more options had to be turned off depending on archs to make things
   build (like ipr on powerpc/64 which failed due to missing writeq).

   * x86 and x86_64 UP and SMP allmodconfig and a custom test config.
   * powerpc and powerpc64 SMP allmodconfig
   * sparc and sparc64 SMP allmodconfig
   * ia64 SMP allmodconfig
   * s390 SMP allmodconfig
   * alpha SMP allmodconfig
   * um on x86_64 SMP allmodconfig

8. percpu.h modifications were reverted so that it could be applied as
   a separate patch and serve as bisection point.

Given the fact that I had only a couple of failures from tests on step
6, I'm fairly confident about the coverage of this conversion patch.
If there is a breakage, it's likely to be something in one of the arch
headers which should be easily discoverable easily on most builds of
the specific arch.

c3635c78e5 DMAENGINE: generic slave control v2
Convert the device_terminate_all() operation on the
DMA engine to a generic device_control() operation
which can now optionally support also pausing and
resuming DMA on a certain channel. Implemented for the
COH 901 318 DMAC as an example.

3089f381fb SH: extend SCI DMA support to work on SCIFA ports
SCIFA ports have additional bits to control DMA requests and they must have
respective interrupt sources enabled, as the datasheet suggests, the only way
to avoid actually taking interrupts in addition to DMA events is by masking the
IRQ on the CPU.

4bab9d426e dmaengine: shdma: Remove sh_dmae_slave_chan_id enum
This patch replaces the sh_dmae_slave_chan_id enum
with an unsigned int. The purpose of this chainge is
to make it possible to separate the slave id enums
from the dmaengine header.

The slave id enums varies with processor model, so in
the future it makes sense to put these in the processor
specific headers together with the pinmux enums.

c7ed1ab3f7 serial: sh-sci: clkdev updates for MSTP gating.
This fixes up some of the I/D/F clock ambiguity in the sh-sci driver.
The interface clock in most cases just wraps back to the peripheral
clock, while the function clock wraps in to the MSTP bits. As the logic
was somewhat inverted, this cleans that up, and also enables all CPUs
with SCI MSTP bits to match function clocks through clkdev lookup.

As a result, this gets rid of the clk string abuse on the sh side, and
the clock string will be killed off once the ARM code has had a chance to
sync up. This also enables MSTP gating on CPUs like 7786 which had never
wired it up before. Impacted CPUs are primarily all SH-Mobiles, SH7785,
and SH7786.

75136d48e8 serial: sh-sci: using correct fifo size for SCIF and SCIFA ports.
The sh-sci driver used the wrong fifosize for PORT_SCIFA and PORT_SCIF
ports. If an incorrect size is used, the serial core will enforce an
early shutdown on the port, especially with baudrates < 9600.

32b53076c3 serial: sh-sci: Convert tremaining ctrl_xxx I/O routines to __raw_xxx.
ctrl_xxx() is an antiquated SH interface, while __raw_xxx is the standard
API that accomplishes the same thing. As such, this converts the
remaining sh-sci straggles over, which enables the driver to be wired up
for ARM SH-Mobile CPUs as well.

7b6fd3bf82 sh-sci: Extend sh-sci driver with early console V2
This is V2 of early serial console support for the sh-sci
driver. The early serial console is using early platform
devices and "earlyprintk". To use this feature the early
platform devices must be broken out to one device per port
and the desired port should be selected on the kernel command
line like: "earlyprintk=sh-sci.N[,baudrate][,keep]"

b1516803d5 serial: sh-sci: Fix too early port disabling.
Currently serial ports on SH CPUs get disabled too early, because the
sci_tx_empty() routine claims to not be able to detect whether the
transmission has been completed and just always returns TIOCSER_TEMT. This
results in corrupt output of last characters if the port is not open for
reading at the same time. It is however possible to detect whether
transmission has been completed. Use the TEND bit of the status register
for this.

edad1f208e serial: sh-sci: Depend on HAVE_CLK unconditionally.
The sh-sci code conditionalized the clock framework support in order to
give the other platforms a chance to catch up. sh64 supported this some
time ago and the forthcoming ARM changes handle this as well, this leaves
h8300 as the odd one out. H8300 has had since 2.5 to merge it's sh-sci
support upstream, and has yet to do so. At this point I will no longer be
holding back the driver to support an unreponsive architecture, 7 years
is quite enough of a grace period. Support is easily implemented on the
architecture if and when it ever decides to merge its changes upstream.

fd78a76aef sh: Rework irqflags tracing to fix up CONFIG_PROVE_LOCKING.
This cleans up the irqflags tracing code quite a bit and ties it
in to various missing callsites that caused an imbalance when
CONFIG_PROVE_LOCKING was enabled.

Previously this was catching on:

44e18e9eda sh-sci: update receive error handling for muxed irqs
This patch updates the receive error code for muxed
interrupts in the sh-sci driver.

Receive error interrupts may be generated by the hardware
if RE or REIE bits in SCSCR are set. Update the muxed
interrupt handling code to acknowledge error interrupts
if RE or REIE is set, instead of only acknowledging if
REIE is set.

Without this patch error interrupts may be generated but
never acked resulting in a "nobody cared" crash.

26c92f3728 serial: sh-sci: Move SCBRR calculation algo in to platform data.
This permits each port to select its own SCBRR calculation algorithm,
rather than having it all ifdef'ed in the header. There are presently
only 5 different variations that all parts fall under.
