of 'struct s3c24xx_uart_clksrc' to supply clock names in platform
data is removed from all the Samsung platform code.

Since we're now using addruart to establish the debug mapping, we can
remove the io_pg_offst and phys_io members of struct machine_desc.
The various declarations were removed using the following script:
grep -rl MACHINE_START arch/arm | xargs \
sed -i '/MACHINE_START/,/MACHINE_END/ { /\.\(phys_io\|io_pg_offst\)/d }'
[ Initial patch was from Jeremy Kerr, example script from Russell King ]

Move all the gpio functions out of <mach/hardware.h> as
this file is for defining the generic IO base addresses
for the kernel IO calls.
Make a new header <mach/gpio-fns.h> to take this and
include it via the chain from <linux/gpio.h> which is
what most of these files should be using (and will be
changed as soon as possible).
Note, this does make minor changes to some drivers but
should not mess up any pending merges.

new homes under arch/arm/plat-s3c/include/plat and

allow us to add arch/arm/plat-s3c/include/plat to the path.

Remove includes of asm/hardware.h in addition to asm/arch/hardware.h.
Then, since asm/hardware.h only exists to include asm/arch/hardware.h,
update everything to directly include asm/arch/hardware.h and remove
asm/hardware.h.

Any data being passed to s3c243xx_clock_register() can be
marked as __initdata as it is an array of pointers to
'struct clk' that are to be registered on initialisation.
The s3c243xx_clock_register function uses this array to
register clocks and does not require it to stay around
after exit.

All current Simtec designs source the DCLK outputs from
the UPLL. This means the DCLK's parent must be set to UPLL
so that anything enabling and disabling an UPLL sourced
clock does not shutdown the DCLK due to missing open counts.

Add support for the partition layour used on the
revision B modules which ship with large page NAND
flash as default.
The differnce between the old and new layouts is that
the large page devices use 128KiB blocks, so the
initial loader partition now ends at 128KiB boundary
pushing the begining of partition 1 up. The rest of
the partitions are in the same place as the small page
NAND devices.
