8eae19ccae MIPS: BCM47XX: Fix detected clock on Asus WL520GC and WL520GU
The Asus WL520GC and WL520GU are based on the BCM5354 and clocked at
200MHz, but they do not have a clkfreq nvram variable set to the
correct value. This adds a workaround for these devices.

2224de9d15 MIPS: BCM47XX: Fix clock detection for BCM5354 with 200MHz clock
Some BCM5354 SoCs are running at 200MHz, but it is not possible to read
the clock from a register like it is done on some other SoC in ssb and
bcma. These devices should have a clkfreq nvram configuration value set
to 200, read it and set the clock to the correct value.

62cf3bc0b5 MIPS: BCM47XX: Get GPIO pin from nvram configuration
The nvram contains some gpio configuration for boards. It is stored in

This patches adds a function to parse these entries, so other driver

patch adds support for reading nvram from partitions of 0xF000 and

b8ebbaff03 MIPS: BCM47xx: sprom: read values without prefix as fallback
There are bcma based devices like the Linksys E2000 out there, which do
have one ieee80211 core, but no PCIe core and they are using no
prefixes for the sprom. In addition some values like boardtype are
stored without a prefix for the main SoC chip also when they have an
additional PCIe wifi chip with an own boardtype var on some devices.

The Ethernet addresses are now also read out correctly without a prefix
so calling bcm47xx_fill_sprom_ethernet is not needed any more.

The memory size is detected by finding a place where it repeats in

08ccf57283 bcm47xx: prepare to support different buses
Prepare bcm47xx to support different System buses. Before adding
support for bcma it should be possible to build bcm47xx without the
need of ssb. With this patch bcm47xx does not directly contain a
ssb_bus, but a union contain all the supported system buses. As a SoC
just uses one system bus a union is a good choice.

41790fd51f MIPS: BCM47xx: Extend the filling of SPROM from NVRAM
Some members of the struct ssb_sprom where not filled with data available
in the NVRAM. Some attribute names in the NVRAM changed from SPROM version
3 to version 4. This patch was done by analyzing the the pci sprom parser
in the ssb code and some open source parts of the braodcom wireless driver
used on embedded devices.

fe6f3642ac MIPS: BCM47xx: Register SSB fallback sprom callback
We are generating the prefix based on the PCI bus address the device is
on. This is done like Broadcom does it in their code expect that the the
bus number is increased by one. In the SB bus implementation used by
Broadcom the SB bus emulates a PCI bus so the kernel sees one PCI bus
more then in our implementation. We do not handle prefixes like sb/1/
yet as they are only used on the new bus which is not implemented yet.

a7c62f8564 MIPS: BCM47xx: Extend bcm47xx_fill_sprom with prefix.
When an other SSB based device without an own SPROM is attached, using the
PCI bus to the main SSB based device, the data normally found in the SPROM
will be stored in the NVRAM on modern devices. The keys, to load the data
from the NVRAM, are all using some sort of prefix like pci/1/1/, pci/1/3/
or sb/1/ before the actual key. This patch extends bcm47xx_fill_sprom() to
make it possible to read out these values when some prefix was used.

The keys for the SPROM data used on the main chip does not have a prefix.

1690a7f9ab MIPS: BCM47xx: Swap serial console if ttyS1 was specified.
Some devices like the Netgear WGT634U are using ttyS1 for default console
output. We should switch to that console if it was given in the kernel_args
parameters.
