c6c9fcdf0f KVM: ia64: Create inline function kvm_get_itc() to centralize ITC reading.
Move all reading of special register 'AR_ITC' into two functions, one
in the kernel and one in the VMM module. When running on SN2, base the
result on the RTC rather the system ITC, as the ITC isn't
synchronized.

934d534f8a KVM: ia64: dynamic nr online cpus
Account for number of online cpus and use that in loops iterating over
the list of vpus instead of scanning the full array unconditionally.
This patch is a building block to facilitate allowing to bump up
the size of MAX_VCPUS significantly.

a917f7af39 KVM: ia64: Re-organize data sturure of guests' data area
1. Increase the size of data area to 64M
2. Support more vcpus and memory, 128 vcpus and 256G memory are supported
   for guests.
3. Add the boundary check for memory and vcpu allocation.
