With the new i.mx clock framework, we need to use
clk_prepare_enable/clk_disable_unprepare.

This patch converts the drivers in drivers/ata/* to use the
module_platform_driver() macro which makes the code smaller and a bit
simpler.

Add basic support for pata on iMX. It has been tested only on imx51.
SDMA support will probably be added later so this version supports only
PIO.
