7d42089625 [ARM] 3391/1: use PLAT8250_DEV_PLATFORM{,1} for platform device id instead of 0/1
Patch from Lennert Buytenhek

This patch changes iop3xx and omap2 and to use PLAT8250_DEV_PLATFORM{,1}
as platform device id instead of just hardcoding 0/1 directly.

946d4935fc [ARM] 3260/1: remove phys_ram from struct machine_desc (part 2)
Patch from Nicolas Pitre

This field is redundent since it must be equal to PHYS_OFFSET anyway.

Now that no code uses it anymore, mark it deprecated and remove all
initializations from the tree.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
