be607c9dd6 Add fwupd to Core
As firmware attacks become more prevalent, and the LVFS gains even more
traction, we want systms to have updated firmwares where possible.
Currently, fwupd only gets pulled in on Workstation as a depdency of
gnome-software, but it should be installed much more broadly.

4b2db44ab6 Add qt5-qtwayland to critical-path-kde
This group is way under-populated, but I don't know how to fill
it except one bug at at time.
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2049560 broke KDE on
F34, so qt5-qtwayland is clearly critical path.

0eea3ca5c4 Drop memtest86+ from Fedora 35+ (#1988142)
It doesn't work - see also devel@ thread "replace memtest86+ with
pcmemtest, needs maintainer". Until we sort out pcmemtest or some
other replacement, let's just get rid of it. The image creation
tools should smoothly omit the menu entry at creation time if
the package is not there.

46b7e7cf9d Add kbd-legacy to anaconda-tools in F34 and F35
In F34 kbd's dependency on kbd-legacy was removed, but some of
the layouts in it are not so "legacy" as all that, and they are
the default console layouts for some languages. The package must
be available for anaconda to install if a layout from it is
configured. See:

9237da10ea f35: demote foomatic to optional
Commit 134d2d0bd5 (back in 2010) already
did this once before, in Fedora 14, in order to eliminate a large user of
perl from the default install. It seems to have been accidentally
re-added, without explanation when Fedora 15 was branched.

This made sense to do in 2010, and it only makes more sense now.

Gutenprint remains installed.

49a6be1c36 Server / cockpit: correct LVM package name, add iSCSI support
Per @pboy, we muffed this on the first try. The package is called
udisks2-lvm2, not udisks2-lvm. We should also include the -iscsi
subpackage as cockpit-storaged recommends that too, and without
it we can't manage iSCSI devices.

43c02be52f Put Plymouth back in @core (as default)
This is a partial revert of 61f4c2a, which removed plymouth from
@core and @standard. That was redundant, so this just puts it
back in @core, and now as default not mandatory.

The main justification for putting it back is
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1940163 - without
Plymouth installed, console output during boot on default aarch64
deployments is not shown on a local display even if one is
connected. This is particularly unfortunate in the case of
passphrase prompts for encrypted storage devices.

We believe the bug that caused us to take it out in the first
place - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1933378 -
should now be resolved, so putting it back should not cause that
to break again. If it does, we can always revert this.
