drop uboot-images-armv7 from anaconda-tools for now

As Fedora's build chain doesn't respect arch specifications in
comps yet, this package is showing up on x86 live and installer
images, wasting 80MB of space on each one. At present we don't
have any ARM installer images with offline repositories, so
ARM installs require remote repositories, thus the package
should always be available without being listed here.

The correct fix for this problem will be to re-add the package
but only for the armv7hl arch, once we properly respect arch
settings in comps.
