Don't pull in grub-efi/grub2/efibootmgr by default (#743386)
Don't pull in grub-efi/grub2/efibootmgr by default; anaconda will pull them in at install time when appropriate, and fedora-install-fedora.ks will include them to make sure they're in the images correctly.
