f29: Add origin-clients to container-management
Running an OpenShift v3 cluster locally via `oc cluster up` should be a key Workstation developer flow, and obviously one wants the client tooling to interact with a remote cluster. Additionally one can use `oc cluster up` on a single node server as well. See discussion in https://pagure.io/workstation-ostree-config/pull-request/74 Currently `container-management` is only an option under Server, but a goal is to use this for Workstation as well.
