gnome-desktop: Drop file-roller
The Fedora Workstation Working Group has decided in favor of removing Archive Manager from the default app set in Fedora Workstation. GNOME Files (aka Nautilus) can now handle most archives, including password protected ones. https://pagure.io/fedora-workstation/issue/167
