We still need to install the foomatic package unfortunately.

Some 3rd party drivers (e.g. Ricoh) expect the foomatic-rip CUPS
filter to be installed.  Until they have had a chance to switch over
to a non-foomatic solution it's probably best to continue to install
the foomatic package by default.
