Add qt5-qtwayland to critical-path-kde
This group is way under-populated, but I don't know how to fill it except one bug at at time. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2049560 broke KDE on F34, so qt5-qtwayland is clearly critical path. Signed-off-by: Adam Williamson <awilliam@redhat.com>
