On second thoughts, add it back in.
Now we list foomatic, foomatic-db-ppds, and foomatic-filters separately. This allows the Live CD to have "-foomatic", while still pulling in the bits we want. To remove foomatic from the default install completely really we ought to address this first: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=550315
